Magento Configuration

16. Configure product feed 

  • Notice:

  • This feature takes long time (from 7-10 hours for each 200.000 configurable products) to synchronize cache to prepare feed product.

  • The feed products take about 10 – 30 minutes for each 200.000 configurable products

  • Generate feed products one by one for type (Google, Facebook, Pinterest …). Don’t try to generate feed production concurrently (at the same time).

  • Create feed products cache: 

  • By Manual: Access Admin > Catalog > Product feed > Sync product feed cache button.

  • By Schedule: Access Admin > Store > Configuration > Canawan > Product Feed Setting.

  • Generate feed product by Manual:

  • Access Admin > Catalog > Product feed > choose product feed type (Google / Facebook / Pinterest ….).

  • Choose Execution mode is Manual > Generate feed

  • Generate feed product by Schedue: 

  • Access Admin > Catalog > Product feed > choose product feed type (Google / Facebook / Pinterest ….).

  • Choose Execution mode is Cron > Generate feed and choose the schedule time(Daily, Weekly, Monthly at any hours). The schedule time is mean that this feed will be run at this time.

  • NOTE: Always setup schedule time cron run time is 20:00 (Daily)  

17. Configuration Estimate Shipping 

  • Step 1: Access to Amin > Stores > Configuration > Canawan > Estimate shipping config. 

  • Step 2: In the left Screen. The Estimate shipping config allow config day for each country. 

  • Placed to ships estimate from: The time from order date to the nearest shipping. 

  • Placed to ships estimate to: The time from the date of order to the farthest shipping. 

  • Ships to delivered estimate from: The time from the date of order to the nearest delivery 

  • Ships to delivered estimate to: The time from the date of order to the farthest delivery 

  • Click on button “Add” to the add new estimate shipping for new country. 

  • Click icon to remove the estimate shipping this country 

  • Step 3: Save configuration and flush cache 

18. Configuration Google App for Social Login 

  • Step 1: Access to Cloud google > Credentials > OAuth 2.0 Client IDs (https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials?project=canawan-project) 

  • Step 2: New or choose exists credential 

  • Step 3: Get Client ID & Client secret 

  • Step 4: Add more your url website (https://yourwebsite.com), Authentication urls (https://yourwebsite.com/sign-in, https://yourwebsite.com/connect-google) 

  • Step 5: Admin -> Stores -> Configuration -> MAGEPLAZA EXTENSIONS -> Social Login > Google 

  • Enable Google login 

  • Input Client ID & Client secret (From step 3) 

19. Configuration Facebook App for Social Login 

  • Step 1: Access to Facebook app (https://developers.facebook.com/apps) 

  • Step 2: Go to Setting > Basic > App Domain to add more your domain 

  • Step 3: Go to Setting > Basic to get App ID & App Secret

  • Step 4: Go to Facebook Login > Setting > Valid OAuth Redirect URIs to add more validation url from your website 

  • Step 5: Admin -> Stores -> Configuration -> MAGEPLAZA EXTENSIONS -> Social Login > Facebook

  • Enable FB login 

  • Input App ID & App Secret (From step 3) 

20. Configuration Size Guide 

Step 1: Access to Amin > Stores > Configuration > Canawan> Size guide config

Step 2: In the left Screen Size guide config allow config day for each category master. 

Click button “Add” to the add new size guide config  Category master: Select category  Size guide: Enter html code Ex: Go to link view example html code  https://notepad.vn/BJW9Y7d15

Shipping Policy: Enter HTML code  Ex: Go to link view example html code https://notepad.vn/i6gYN9V21

● Click icon to remove Size Guide config 

Step 3: Save configuration and flush cache 

21. Configuration DMCA form 

  • Access to Amin > Content > Custom Forms, click button Show records to view report 

  • Configuration forms 

  • Step 1: Access to Amin > Content > Custom Forms, click the button Manage Form to show edit form fields 

  • Step 2: and click Advanced Settings to edit detail filed 

22. Email Template: 

  • Marketing -> Email Template

23. Product Reviews 

  • Add Review-Step 1: Go to product detail page  -Scroll down and look at reviews tab 

  •   -Step 2: Enter the information and submit a review 

24. Abandoned Cart 

  • View abandoned cart list: Admin -> Sales -> Abandoned cart. 

  • Send email manual: Admin -> Sales -> Abandoned cart -> detail -> send email 

  • Mass send email: Admin -> Sales -> Abandoned cart -> action -> send email 

  • Configuation schedule send recovery abandoned cart: Admin -> configuation -> Canawan -> Abandoned cart setting
